As a mother, who did not have an easy pregnancy and postpartum journey, I understand firsthand what it is like to go from being an active woman to undergoing multiple surgeries and then the time it takes to get back to exercise again. From bedrest to box jumps I have been through it too.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Pelvic health physiotherapy appointments incorporate exercises to work on relaxing muscles, reconnecting with your body, and strengthening weak muscles. I know you don’t have a lot of time so I prioritize you being able to do it on your own time and check back in every couple of weeks to update the exercises. Appointments can be done in-person or virtually.
