WHO IS IT FOR:

  • People who have been diagnosed with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), Ehlers-Danlos (EDS), or other connective tissue disorders 

  • You suspect you may be hypermobile (check out my Free Hypermobility Screening Tool)

  • You are having pain in different joints throughout your body

  • Your pains seem to come on at random without cause

  • You have been living with pain for more than 3 months 

  • You are not as active as you would like to be due to the pain

  • You are apprehensive to start physiotherapy or personal training because of the pain

  • Previous treatments do not ease pain OR relief is short-lived.
