PHYSIOTHERAPY FOR HYPERMOBILITY
How Cathy helps hypermobile humans
Nest Health is a physiotherapy clinic location in Port Moody, BC that helps hypermobile humans and the clinicians that serve them to create a plan to stop the cycle of re-injury so that they can get back to the active lifestyle that they love.
Physiotherapy starts with a virtual assessment where we perform a thorough review of your medical history. After that you follow up online or in-person. Treatments incorporate hypermobility education, nervous system treatment, stability exercises, and strengthening exercises. It is all designed for you to be able to do on your own from home and personalized to you.
From “fragile” to strong and resilient. Physiotherapy for life with hypermobility.
Let’s work together!

Meet Cathy!
Growing up as a competitive dancer, Cathy knew she was flexible but she didn’t think about it other than trying to get deeper splits and better lines in dance. In her first week of university, she got in a car accident that changed her life. She stopped dancing and developed chronic low back pain and a concussion. It was through these injuries that Cathy started her journey with physiotherapy and learning more about hypermobility.
Cathy works with active hypermobile individuals who may not be dancing or doing gymnastics anymore, but they still want to live an active lifestyle without chronic injuries and pain. Whether it’s enhancing your performance in your hobby, having a pain-free pregnancy, or feeling strong again postpartum, Cathy can help you feel strong in your hypermobile body again.
