“I have been seeing Cathy for years now. Her approach to healthy and pain free living is easy to follow and very practical. If you have a dance background, I highly recommend her as being a dancer herself, she understands body movements and potential injuries a dancer (especially an older dancer) can get. She sets achievable plans that not only help you with your current injury but also plans to keep you strong, healthy, and mobile moving forward. Thank you Cathy!”
“I highly recommend Cathy for anyone, but especially for dancers including pole dancers. I went to her for her background in dance because I was tired of explaining dance terminology and why I had different and greater expectations of my body that most. I am a pole dancer and she helped me rehabilitate my wrist injury and prevent it from happening again. She was also the first one to validate, and actually help me with my hips clicking.”
“Starting physio with Cathy after my c-section was the best decision I made for my postpartum health. I was so scared to move after the surgery but wanted to get back to an active lifestyle. Cathy had endless patience with me when I needed extra direction to be sure I was doing each exercise correctly. The app she uses to prescribe the exercises helped so much with accountability and reminding me how to do them. I have regained confidence in my own body and have the strength and techniques to be able to safely carry my baby as she gets heavier and return to doing regular workouts. I also felt safe during each visit with Cathy's vigilant COVID protocols. Dedicating the time for sessions with Cathy plus doing my exercises each day at home had such a positive impact on my mental health as well, I cannot recommend starting physio with Cathy enough!”
“I saw Cathy for my pregnancy with my second baby. What a huge contrast to my first one. Thanks to her I was able to get into my third trimester with a strong core which made a huge difference in my physical and mental well being. Investing in a good physio with expertise in pregnancy related issues will be a life saver for any woman. I especially loved working with Cathy. She really knows what she’s talking about and I’ve already recommended her to at least 5 other friends. I simply can’t say enough good things. I will be going back after the baby comes so she can have me back to running ASAP.”
“Cathy is a fantastic physiotherapist. I've been seeing her for years for various injuries. She is always kind, thorough, and a great listener. Cathy gives her patients personal attention and is supportive through the entire rehab process. I would highly recommend her to anyone.”
